As the PMI Central Indiana Chapter is a not-for-profit corporation, the IT Committee is essentially the IT Department, which makes the IT Committee Chairperson the functional department manager.  Reporting to the Director of IT, the IT Committee Chairperson will schedule and manage the committee meetings, assign work to committee members, and ensure that critical deliverables are completed on time.
