PMI CIC Bylaws
At the December 2008 PMI CIC Monthly Program Meeting on 12/10/2008, the members present voted to approve updated bylaws.
Important Notice:
This is to give notice to the Chapter; the PMICIC Board requests minor Bylaws updates preparing for a June 17, 2010 Officers Election this year. The proposed Bylaw changes are as follows:
- Article VII - Nominations and Elections
Section 2: Candidates who are elected shall take office on the first day of "October" instead of "January" following their election, and shall hold office for the duration of their terms or until their successors have been elected and qualified.
Terms of office will change to October through September. - Article X - Meetings of the Membership
Section 3: Notice of all annual meetings shall be sent by the Board to all members at least "30" instead of "45" days in advance of the meeting.
The updated Bylaws will be published on the website for membership view. Membership approval is scheduled for the June 17th, 2010 Chapter meeting. The Bylaw changes will go through the PMI approval process.
