| Required Skills:
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management with the ideal candidate having closer to 8-10 years experience
Experience with ERP projects involving SAP
Must have experience mentoring and teaching more junior project managers and a willingness to do so again
Must have strong written and oral communication skills and experience presenting to C-Level officers
Must have a flexible demeanor and passion for working within a team structure (Team Player)
Must be willing to be very hands on and handle change well
Must have strong attention to detail and excellent follow up skills
Must be willing to share knowledge/best practices with others and be open to other people's ideas
Must have experience working within mid size companies
Experience managing projects with at least 10 or more resources
Experience managing budgets of $250K or greater
Must be able to run multiple projects simultaneously and be willing to roll up sleeves and be very hands on
Experience working in a matrixed environment
Experience helping build a PMO from the ground up
Must have a flexible/patient personality
Must know when to strictly adhere to PM methodologies and when things can be flexed based on the project or user needs in an immature environment
Must have excellent follow up skills-deliver "what you say you will, when you say you will"
Desired Skills (the more of the following the better):
PMP is strongly desired
Experience with MS Project Server and/or SharePoint. Huge plus if candidate has experience implementing either tool within an organization
Ideal candidate would have experience within the manufacturing industry
