Select Responsibilities •Create and execute project plans, risk management plans, and other project governance processes and procedures •Direct gathering of customer and business requirements, map/define current business processes, re-design work processes, and implement needed changes •Apply Conseco's project management methodologies and standards •Communicate ideas, issues, and status to staff members, internal users, and executive management, both verbally and written, in a clear and concise manner •Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of how systems and procedures interrelate to support Conseco business functions •Demonstrate effective coaching and counseling skills necessary to develop project management, technical, and interpersonal skills of assigned project staff •Participate in establishing positive development atmosphere through effective and positive team interaction
