Title Agile Project Manager
 
Location Fortville, IN (Geist area)
 
Job Summary As a project manager for Six Feet Up, you will report directly to the CEO and work in coordination with other project managers to successfully deliver open source projects to multiple clients.
 
Responsibilities
  • Participate in Business Development efforts:
    • Participate in RFP/RFI responses
    • Develop proposals based on estimates provided by developers
  • Manage projects from Discovery Phase to Launch:
    • Establish scope of work with the client
    • Refine project requirements with the client
    • Manage and update project documentation (business requirements, system requirements, user stories, wireframes, site map, etc.)
    • Coordinate resources (a distributed team of designers, developers and testers)
    • Coordinate sprints
    • Track progress, keep clients involved and engaged via progress reports and retrospectives

 
Qualifications Your experience:
  • 5+ years project management working on full SDLC projects
  • 1+ year agile process (any flavor)
  • Familiar with managing a team of Web/Software developers
  • Good command of project management software, such as MS Project or OmniPlan
Your skills:
  • Extremely proactive
  • Task-oriented/ goal-focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented. Hands on. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
