Job Summary Position Summary

The COE Lead is a subject matter expert recognized by our internal and external marketplace. The COE Lead will develop a vision and execution framework for the COE team that will demonstrate to our clients we have a Center of Excellence. This position fits into Allegient’s matrix framework and would have the functional responsibility over their COE team as well as reporting to the executive team, HR, Finance, Sales and Clients.





Responsibilities:

Their subject matter expertise is recognized within our client base, by their peers, Allegient and other technologists in the field. In addition, the COE Lead will have a proven track record of demonstrating delivery expertise by leading a team of resources.



• Develop vision and value proposition for the COE

• Responsible for developing the marketing collateral, artifacts, templates, methods and delivery frameworks for the COE

• Assist Business Development as it relates to potential sales

• Assist with overview/support materials, SOW and BD meetings and presentations

• Oversight of Quality Assurance and Delivery on Projects

• Would maintain 80-85% direct consulting responsibilities

• Develop SME rate card

• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team

• Responsible for QA review of execution and deliverables

• Development of Resources

– Knowledge Transfer

– Mentoring

– Helping with training and development for staff in COE



Requirements:

Must have subject matter expertise that is recognized within our client base, by their peers, Allegient and other technologists in the field
3+ years experience with Microsoft SharePoint and related technologies (i.e. MOSS 2007)

Subject matter expertise in Web 2.0 technologies and a strong understanding of the business value they provide; must have experience implementing these technologies in a business environment

5+ years of experience implementating portals in a business environment, including integration of knowledge worker applications

Detailed knowledge of workflow technologies, search, content management, and business intelligence applications

Understanding of the organizational challenges a company faces in deploying a collaboration suite, knowledge worker applications, and Web 2.0 technologies

Have a proven track record of demonstrating delivery expertise by leading a team of resources
BS Degree in technology related area preferred
10+ years of industry experience
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expert level experience in the particular COE
