• Build competencies in the areas of basic consulting, assignment performance, and business transformation. • Attend program reviews, meetings, and deliveries, develop schedules, and provide Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) documentation and Earned Value Management performance management reporting. • Consult with the government and provide project planning, scheduling, and controls support and recommendations. Document and track action items. • Work with government organizations to redesign and manage the transformation of business processes. • Support implementation activities and interact with client personnel and senior leadership to accomplish project objectives. • Apply experience with professional oral and written communications in support of meetings and briefings. • Interpret cost and schedule variance using accepted tools and methodologies. Perform analysis of the schedule and prepare for potential changes from the baseline plan. • Assist with the development of conclusions and recommendations, write reports, and assist with client presentations.
Additional Qualifications: • Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation in dealing with ambiguous, fast-paced situations • Ability to interact with multiple teams, manage client relationships, and be a key contributor in proposal efforts • Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Possession of excellent communication skills
