Job Summary Senior level project and/or program management experience is required. Working closely with business counterparts and understanding the business benefits, costs and IT implications will be necessary. Working closely with the business PMO and senior business leaders to align IT resources and priorities will be required. The person will also help drive and manage the IT PMO. Familiar with financial planning and IT implementation are also critical skills.

Critical thinking skills, a proven track record to deliver projects, some technology background and operational experience, collaborative skills, and a sense of drive are key to this position.

Qualifications College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience, or relevant business or team leadership.
Experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions (e.g. transaction management, risk management etc.) and industries.
Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups.
Knowledge of outsourcing methodologies and operating models.
Experience in working with Outside Service Providers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
